Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://pawlishedpupmd.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Pawlished Pup reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Our Services. Pawlished Pup delivers Dog Grooming, Cat Grooming, Guinea Pig Grooming, Horse Grooming, Snake Care. Site content is for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of availability or pricing.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Pawlished Pup and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
End of Use. Pawlished Pup may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
No Warranties. Pawlished Pup disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Limitation. In no event will Pawlished Pup's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pawlished Pup from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by MD law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in MD for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
